You will notice that much of the inventory offered on the Sony Professional Outlet is Labeled as B-Stock.

B-Stock is generally inventory that has been used in a trade show or out on a demonstration to a reseller.

All B-Stock Products are fully checked out by Sony's Technical Services Group and certified to be in good working order and up to original manufacturer's specifications. This is what the ".B" designation is on the end of the part number. If the item does not have the ".B" designation, it is A-Stock or New product (with the exception of Mobile Specials or any item designated "AS-IS").

Most products sold on this site under the B-Stock suffix in the Part Number have low operating hours although occasionally we do sell products with substantial time on the hour meter. The pricing on high usage items is normally set lower then on our normal B-Stock product. The warranty on B-Stock product is 1 year, parts and 90 days labor unless otherwise noted on the listing. We do sell some items with no warranty of any kind. Please be sure to look at the listing carefully before you buy the product to determine what the warranty is on the item. We can't always tell you the specific condition of an item but in some cases, if the item is within our warehouse here at Compudigital, we can open the item and provide you with the condition information we have.

B-Stock inventory is supposed to come with all of the accessories that come with the new model. Because the box has been previously opened, we rarely discover that an accessory item is missing. If this happens with an item that you have received from us, please let us know as well. We will either try to locate the missing item and replace it, credit you back an agreed upon amount or, refund your money.
